EZRAP is built to make INSTILLATION, removal, and reinstallation simple, repeatable, and consistent so insulation performance is maintained over the life of the system.

  • Fit the insulation insert

    Open EZRAP™ at the Velcro seam and remove the fiberglass insert. Set the outer wrap aside. Unroll the insert and position it over the valve with a minimum 1" overlap onto the pipe insulation.



  • Install the outer jacket

    Place the outer EZRAP™ jacket over the fitted insert. Close one end of the Velcro seam, then the other, keeping all fiberglass inside. Finish closing the seam until the jacket is fully sealed.

  • Access and repeat

    Open the Velcro seam and peel back the outer EZRAP™ jacket. Lift off the fiberglass insert to expose the valve for inspection, service, or maintenance.
