Install your EZRAP™

  1. Ensure the valve and surrounding area are clean, dry, and free of debris before installation.
  2. Open the EZRAP™ wrap fully and lay it flat with the closure open.
  3. Cut insulation to fully cover the valve body, allowing a minimum overlap of 1 in (25 mm) onto the adjacent pipe insulation.
  4. Wrap the insulation around the valve, ensuring full coverage and proper orientation.
  5. Place the EZRAP™ wrap over the insulated valve, starting at one end and aligning it evenly.
  6. Secure one end of the closure, ensuring the elastic end grips the insulation securely.
  7. Secure the opposite end, confirming the insulation remains fully enclosed within the wrap.
  8. Close the remaining closure along the length of the wrap to complete installation.

EZRAP™ wraps are designed to provide repeatable access and may be removed and reinstalled as required for operation, inspection, or maintenance.
