Install your EZRAP™
- Ensure the valve and surrounding area are clean, dry, and free of debris before installation.
- Open the EZRAP™ wrap fully and lay it flat with the closure open.
- Cut insulation to fully cover the valve body, allowing a minimum overlap of 1 in (25 mm) onto the adjacent pipe insulation.
- Wrap the insulation around the valve, ensuring full coverage and proper orientation.
- Place the EZRAP™ wrap over the insulated valve, starting at one end and aligning it evenly.
- Secure one end of the closure, ensuring the elastic end grips the insulation securely.
- Secure the opposite end, confirming the insulation remains fully enclosed within the wrap.
- Close the remaining closure along the length of the wrap to complete installation.
EZRAP™ wraps are designed to provide repeatable access and may be removed and reinstalled as required for operation, inspection, or maintenance.
