EZRAP™ Insulation Configuration

All wraps must be used with appropriate insulation for the application.

EZRAP™ wraps are available with pre-cut insulation or supplied as wrap-only for field-installed insulation. This modular approach allows insulation selection to be matched to operating temperature, system design, installer preference, and site conditions. EZRAP™ insulation options are engineered to maintain consistent coverage at service points while supporting proper insulation practices.

  • Wrap-Only Configuration

EZRAP™ wraps may be supplied without insulation, allowing installers to provide and cut insulation on site to meet project-specific requirements. This configuration supports reduced shipping costs, flexibility in insulation thickness, layering, and brand selection while maintaining proper access at service points.

    • Requires a minimum 1 in (25 mm) fibreglass insulation blanket
    • Insulation thickness and layering may be added as required
    • Refer to the EZRAP™ Insulation Guide and Cut Sheet for cutting instructions and requirements
    Wraps Only
  • Wrap + Insulation Configuration

EZRAP™ pre-cut insulation inserts are supplied as flexible fibreglass blankets sized to match the selected wrap. This option is intended for installations where speed, consistency, and reduced field cutting are priorities, while maintaining proper insulation coverage at service points.

    Bullet points:

    • Supplied with a 1 in (25 mm) fibreglass elevated temperature blanket
    • Sized to fit EZRAP™ Standard, Union, Valve, and End Wraps
