EZRAP™ Returns & Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

To start a return, contact us at contact@ezrap.ca.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. For manufacturing defects, a prepaid return label will be issued.

Warranty

EZRAP™ products carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty under normal use.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, EZRAP Insulation LTD. will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original item.
Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.

Trade Orders & Custom Products

Wholesale, trade, and custom-manufactured products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

For trade orders:

  • All sizing and specifications are the responsibility of the purchaser

  • EZRAP Insulation LTD. is not responsible for incorrect sizing or application errors

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, EZRAP Insulation LTD. will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
